Can we manage more than one show?
Yes. IllumiCraft ShowOps supports multiple customer shows with scoped assignments. Access follows each person’s assigned show and role.
What happens when connectivity drops?
Signed-in staff can save vehicle movements, incident reports and work orders on their device for later synchronization. Scheduling, approvals, payments and image uploads require a connection. Unsynchronized records stay visibly queued.
Does it replace our ticketing provider?
We will review your ticketing needs during setup. Complimentary admissions and ticket redemption are available. Paid ticket sales require Stripe configuration and validation before activation; they are not enabled by default.
